Objectives:

At Momentum we are re-inventing the OEM integration industry and are passionately driving business growth. This role is a inside sales hunter position who will be responsible for managing a large amount of leads internally generated through our marketing mechanisms as well as leads coming from our Tier 1 Vendor providers. The person must be able to cold calling, establish relationship with new prospects through empathy and deep understanding of our integration, logistics and financial services.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead management responsibilities throughout the sales cycle.
  • Prospect and qualify marketing and tier 1 vendor’s generated leads.
  • Establish an accurate lead tracking mechanism with current and potential customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Design creative communications approaches to increase prospects interest.
  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified leads/opportunities.
  • Support through the entire sales cycle process.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2 years or more of experience in an inside sales, business development, customer success, or account management roles.
  • Sales and Cold Calling experience is required.
  • Creative communicator with great ability to map customer needs and match to our service offerings.
  • Must demonstrate a desire to learn, embrace new concepts, and be passionate
  • Disciplined, well organized and timely follow up.
  • Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent oral/written communications skills.
  • Experience managing any CRM experience.
  • Highly proficient with the MS Office Suite
  • Preferably experience in either medical, security, financial services or OEM industries.
